Assembly Operatives - Wells

Thrive Shepton is pleased to be working with our ongoing client in Wells, who are actively recruiting for Assembly Operatives on a fixed-term basis until at least the end of December 2025. Permanent positions may be offered to suitable candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately weigh and prepare ready meal components
• Replenish supplies as needed
• Maintain high hygiene standards
• Conduct quality checks
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Preferably have previous experience in production

Candidate Requirements:

• A positive attitude towards work
• Desire to develop skills and progress within the company

Working Hours:

• 06:00 - 18:00, Monday to Thursday (potentially reduced to 10-hour days depending on production levels)

• Overtime rate of £15.65 after 40 hours
