Job description

Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our ongoing client in Wells, who are actively recruiting for Assembly Operatives on a fixed term basis to join the team till at least the end of December 2025. Permanent positions could be offered for the right candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to accurately weigh
• Ability to accurately adding and arranging ready meal components
• Replenishing
• Maintaining high hygiene levels
• Conduct quality checks
• Team player
• Ability to work in a fast past environment
• Preferably previous experience within production

Do you have:

• A good English level
• A positive approach to work / positive attitude
• A desire to develop skills and progress within the business

Working Hours:

• 0600-1800- Monday to Thursday (Could reduce to a 10 hour day depending on production levels)

What you will receive in return:

• Basic pay rate of £12.88 per hour between
• Overtime pay rate of £15.65 per hour between after 40 hours
