Production Operative

Are you a practical and detail-oriented individual with hands-on skills? UBT Recruitment is working with a well-established, family-run SME based in Watford, looking for a Production Operative. You will be joining a company that designs and manufactures design-led acoustic products for the commercial interior sector. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is flexible, willing to learn, and eager to progress within the company.

Working hours & Salary:

£27,000-£30,000 per annum

Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm (30 minutes for lunch).

Production Operative Duties:

• Operate CNC machines for cutting and gluing aluminium sheeting
• Assemble products to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Box up packages for delivery
