Job summary

Aqumen Recruitment is hiring a Machine Operator for a manufacturing site in Wakefield. The role requires flexibility to work 6am–2pm or 7am–3pm and involves operating machinery, removing finished products, packing, labelling, and completing basic paperwork.

You will carry out visual quality checks, reprocess waste using the waste picker, maintain a clean work area, and follow Health & Safety procedures as part of a production team to hit targets.

• Previous machine-operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work well in a team.
