A growing production company in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on team member to build display products, with a focus on cutting and assembling lightboxes and aluminium frames. The ideal candidate will have production experience and a solid work ethic, thriving in a small, dynamic team. This role offers competitive benefits, including 28 days holiday and a good pension. Interviews will occur in August for a September start.
About you
You ve got common sense and a solid work ethic. You take pride in doing a job properly and you don t need someone looking over your shoulder. If something needs doing, you crack on with it. You think ahead, keep your space tidy and want to work somewhere that actually values that mindset.
This isn t one of those jobs where you do the same task for eight hours straight. The work is varied, hands-on and needs someone who stays switched on. If you like keeping busy and being part of a small, hard-working team, this will suit you.
Your experience
You ve worked in production before and know your way around the usual tools. Saws, guillotines and general workshop kit won t be new to you. If you ve built things like lightboxes, frames or display products before, even better. If not, full training is available. What matters most is your attitude and how you go about your work.
What you ll be doing with your experience in this role

About the company
You ll be joining a small, growing business that takes real pride in what they do. The team is friendly, straight-talking and genuinely passionate about getting things right. No red tape. No big egos. Just a group of people building something solid and doing it properly.
You ll get 28 days holiday, a good pension, secure parking on site and the chance to grow with the business. Whether you want to stay on the tools or step up into something bigger down the line, the opportunity is there.
