Production Operative

Location: Killyhevlin Industrial Estate, Enniskillen, BT74 4EJ
Salary: GBP12.60 per hour + 20% shift allowance (GBP15.12 per hour total)
Shift Pattern: 7 shifts over 14 days (rotating day and night shifts)
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Saica Flex Enniskillen is a leading specialist in flexible packaging, employing over 115 people at our modern, fast-paced site.

As we expand with new projects and increased sales, we re now looking for Production Operatives to join our growing team.

About the Production Operative Role:

You ll be part of a highly automated production environment, supporting operations across the facility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Loading, setting, and operating production machinery
• Preparing and distributing inks to presses on time
• Identifying safety, quality, and efficiency improvements
• Following instructions from the Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Manager

What We re Looking For

Essential:

• Good verbal and written understanding of English
• Able to work independently and use your initiative
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern (days and nights)

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
