Job description

Production Operative - Thetford - £25,500

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Thetford.

Salary: £25,500

Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:45, Friday 08:00-15:00

Benefits: 25 days + Bank Holidays

Job Responsibilities:

1. The preparation of materials, assembly, final finish, and packing of products, ensuring quality is maintained.
2. Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing drawings.
3. Work to strict deadlines with close attention to detail.
4. Use of air/powered hand tools and working with the manufacture of aluminium products.
5. Adherence to all Health and Safety processes and procedures.
6. Perform any other relevant tasks as deemed necessary by your manager.

What are we looking for?

1. A professional approach and the ability to work on own initiative.
2. Good communication skills within the team.
3. Previous experience in a Production environment.
4. Knowledge of CNC machinery is desirable but not essential.
5. Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
