We re currently recruiting for 5 Production Operatives to join a thriving business in Sandwich on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic chance to get your foot in the door with a company that values its people, offers genuine progression, and boasts impressive staff retention.

The role:

  • Assembling simple and complex mechanical and electro-mechanical components to a high standard, following engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Using various hand and bench tools, including torque drivers, to produce quality components.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on quality throughout the assembly process.
  • Working independently and as part of a team to meet production targets.
  • Supporting continuous improvement by attending training and being proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and in line with health & safety policies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • A good understanding of engineering drawings.
  • Confidence using a wide range of hand tools.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • A flexible, positive approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
