Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Pay rate: £ per hour, increasing to £ per hour within 12 months

Shifts: 12 hours Days/Nights rotation - 3 Week rotation - NO WEEKENDS

We are now recruiting for a number of Production Operatives to join our dual block plant at our St Ives Manufacturing site in Cambridgeshire on a permanent basis! Our state-of-the-art block plant will create an additional 200% manufacturing capacity and boost new product innovation. We’ll have the best range of technology, systems, and processes to make the finest landscaping products in the UK. So, what's the role?

You will work as part of a team to manufacture high-quality concrete products in our dual-block plant using the best technology and techniques whilst ensuring you put health and safety at the heart of everything you do! You'll mainly work with concrete products, operating press machinery, hand-powered tools, shot blast machinery, and mobile plant such as Forklift trucks to move stock around the site.

What skills are we looking for?

• Forklift truck license and experience would be advantageous
• Experience working in a busy Production/Manufacturing environment is preferred, but not essential
• Flexibility on shift rotation or night shift experience will be required
• Computer user - basic knowledge required
• Safe to Supervise or IOSH qualification would be advantageous but not essential
