Production Operative - Snodland

The Best Connection are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing site based in Snodland. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term role with full training provided and the chance to progress from Temporary to Permanent.

Responsibilities

• General production and assembly work.
• Use of power tools (experience desirable but not essential - full training provided).
• Working to customer-specific orders with tolerances down to 1mm.
• Varied tasks throughout the day - attention to detail is key.
• Physical, hands-on duties in a workshop environment.

What We're Looking For

• Reliability and good timekeeping are essential.
• Previous production or power tool experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
