Recruit4staff are representing a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a Production Operator to work in Flint.

Job Details

• Pay: £28,224 - £29,407 per annum
• Hours of Work: 4on/4off shift pattern 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am
• Duration: Permanent
• Benefits: 5% employee pension, 5% employer pension, 23 days holiday (increasing with service), Life Assurance

Job Role / Responsibilities

The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, packing, palletising, loading lids, and refilling materials. You\'ll ensure all materials are ready in line with production schedules and conduct routine checks to maintain safety, quality, and spec standards. Regular cleaning, inspection of machines, and identifying or resolving issues will also form a core part of the Production Operator role.
