Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Scunthorpe
Hours: Mon Thursday, 7am to 4pm, Friday 7am to 3pm.

Salary: GBP12.30 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our clients scaffold board manufacturing team in Scunthorpe. The role involves operating machinery, handling timber, cutting and assembling scaffold boards, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Measure, cut, and assemble scaffold boards to specification
• Conduct quality checks and maintain a clean work area
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
• General housekeeping duties.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role
• Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if required
