Production Operative Career Progression with a Global Manufacturer

Location: Wellington, TA21 9JG
Pay: GBP12.82 GBP14.10 per hour
Hours: Full-time 40 hours/week Rotating Shifts (6am 2pm & 2pm 10pm, Monday to Friday)

We re Hiring on Behalf of Our Client A Global Leader in Sustainable Packaging

Our client, a well-established international packaging manufacturer, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join their growing team at their Wellington facility. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with structured training and development in a modern, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up high-tech production machinery
• Maintain product quality in line with company standards
• Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Progress through a structured training pathway to become a multi-skilled operative

Pay & Overtime

• Starting Rate: GBP12.82/hour
• Progression Rate: Up to GBP14.10/hour as you become multi-skilled
• Overtime: Paid at time and a half
  • GBP19.23/hour (based on starting rate)
  • GBP21.15/hour (once fully multi-skilled)
