Job summary

Empowered Personnel are recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing operation in Leamington Spa. You will produce, finish and dispatch a range of bespoke products, and you may operate a variety of production machinery.

The role requires flexibility with shifts (days, afternoons and nights), willingness to work overtime, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Full training provided, with overtime rates paid for weekend hours.

• Physically able to handle production and packing duties.
• No prior production experience required; full training provided.

Production Operative Location: Leamington Spa Salary: £13.45-£16.14 per hour + overtime Shifts: Days, Afternoons & Nights Job Type: Temporary ongoing Empowered Personnel are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing operation based in Leamington Spa. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment where you will be involved in the manufacture, finishing, preparation and dispatch of a range of bespoke products. The Role As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

• Producing and finishing products to a high standard Operating production machinery and equipment Preparing goods for dispatch Processing customer orders Packing and shipping finished products Carrying out quality checks Following production and health & safety procedures Working as part of a busy production team Shift Patterns The standard static shift patterns are: Morning, 6:00am - 2:00pm Afternoon: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
  Night: 10:00pm - 6:00am, Please note: You must be flexible with your working hours initially. During the training and start-up period, you may be required to work an alternative shift pattern, such as 8:00am - 4:00pm, until the permanent shift pattern is established. Pay Rates Days & Afternoons Monday-Friday: £13.45 per hour Saturday overtime: £20.18 per hour (rate paid if you have worked Monday-Friday) Sunday overtime: £26.90 per hour (rate paid if you have worked Monday-Saturday) Nights Monday-Friday: £16.14 per hour Saturday overtime: £24.21 per hour (rate paid if you have worked Monday-Friday) Sunday overtime: £32.28 per hour (rate paid if you have worked Monday-Saturday) The Ideal Candidate We are looking for candidates who are: Flexible with shifts and available to work weekends as and when required Available to work overtime when needed Able to work in a fast-paced production environment Good communicators with a positive attitude
