Join Our Team as a Production Operative (Moulded Boat Builder)

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our dynamic team! Be part of the manufacturing process behind our exceptional jet-propelled boats, celebrated for their unparalleled quality and performance.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will:

  1. Assist in the assembly and finishing of moulded parts to ensure outstanding quality.
  2. Prepare mouldings and bond boats in alignment with the production schedule.
  3. Perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, and flow coating for bonded boats.
  4. Participate in sub-assembly production and offer training to new team members as needed.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to strict Health & Safety policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. A solid educational background, with 2+ years of experience in a similar role or a qualification like an Engineering BTEC Level.
  2. Proficiency in using workshop power and hand tools.
  3. A practical mindset with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
