Production Operatives – North Shields

Baltic Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives for our client based in North Shields, Tyne and Wear.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Picking & Packing orders for customers
2. Placing receipted goods into the correct locations
3. Maintaining good housekeeping standards
4. Working towards targets
5. Using a headset to pick items

Pay:

• £12.21 per hour (basic rate)
• £18 overtime rate for hours worked over 47.5 hours

Shift:

6am - 4pm, Monday to Friday

Person Specification:

• Ability to carry out tasks as requested by team leaders/supervisors
• Understanding the importance of teamwork to achieve productivity standards
• Awareness of customer service and satisfaction
• Professional attitude, politeness, and positivity
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility to meet deadlines
