We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised food manufacturing business, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £12.30 per hour depending on shifts. The role of Production Operative is based in Fordham, nr Newmarket.

Own transport is advised as there is limited public transport available for shifts starting at 06.00, or finishing at 22.00.

Shifts for Production Operatives:

• 06:00 to 14:00 or
• 14:00 to 22:00
• Monday to Friday
• Temp to perm - successful candidates may be awarded a permanent contract within 12 weeks of start date

Pay:

• £12.30ph, overtime is paid at £15.37ph after 40 hours worked in one week
• Paid weekly

Main Duties of Food Production Operatives:

• Weighing and bagging of food products
• Operating bag sealing equipment
• Weighing and adding flavours and marinades
• Working to strict deadlines and quality standards
• Observing strict food safety and health and safety standards
