Job summary

Qualifications

Role: Production Operative

Job Term: Ongoing work with permanent opportunities for the right candidate

Pay: £12.21 to £13.00, depending on experience

Location: Newcastle-Under-Lyme, ST5

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-12:30pm

All of the cable assemblies are built to meet or exceed the acceptance criteria of this standard, including Class 3 High Performance Electronic Products for critical systems often required in Military, Aerospace and Medical applications.

Job description

• Handling and application of heat shrink products and associated adhesives

Candidate must hold a valid UK driving license.

Required Experience: The ideal candidate will have understanding of production drawings and documentation of wire harness/ electromechanical products. The ability to read and follow documented build procedures. Experience in manufacture of military / defence & other rugged / harsh environment cable harness & electro mechanical products.

Ideally trained to IPC620 Class 3 application, however, training will be arranged for employees initially if required. Follow up training provided annually.

This role is due to start immediately for the successful candidate.
