M4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for production operatives to work for a leading manufacturer and assembler of high-quality lighting solutions based near Marlborough. My client is looking to expand their talented team of Production / Assembly Operatives who are passionate about hands-on work and take pride in their craft.

Working Hours:

1. Monday to Thursday: 08:15 AM - 5:00 PM
2. Friday: 08:15 AM - 12:45 PM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assemble and manufacture lighting products to a high standard
2. Work with hand tools and other assembly equipment with precision and care
3. Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
4. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet our exacting standards
5. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
6. Follow company guidelines and health & safety procedures

Who We're Looking For:

1. A passion for hands-on work with a keen eye for detail
2. Strong manual dexterity and experience working with hand tools
3. Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, can-do attitude
4. Previous experience in mechanical assembly or production work is highly advantageous
5. Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment
6. Own transport is essential due to the location of the site, as it is not easily accessible by public transport
