Starting Salary ranges from £29,418 to £34,881 + Benefits (Salary rises annually, based upon experience).

Shift Patterns are 6:00am to 2:00pm & 2:00pm to 10:00pm (with a 10% shift allowance paid for working to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, no weekend work unless required, at which point a time and a half overtime rate is paid).

As a result of our continued success and position as the UK's market leader in our industry, we are recruiting for Production Operatives with experience in manufacturing to join us at our site in Mells, Somerset (BA11 3PD).

Full induction and training will be given to successful applicants.

What's the mission?

You will work as part of our manufacturing team to carry out duties relating to the efficient production of high-quality concrete drainage and associated products. You will be trained in and required to use a range of hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment. You will work in an environment where safety, quality, and efficiency are key to your and the company's ongoing success.

You will work a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime on Saturdays (up to 2:00pm) with overtime rates paid.

Flexibility on shift patterns and overtime work will be rewarded, as this site is key to our business success, with growing customer demand and production targets.

After 12 months of service and successful transition to level 2, you will be rewarded with an increased salary, including shift allowance, plus incentives and benefits.
