Job summary

Work Strata Group are partnering with a well-known local food producer to recruit Production Operatives for their Diss site. Duties include picking and packing food products, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace in line with site policy.

The role offers a competitive pay rate starting at £12.71 per hour, Monday to Friday, 6am to 4:30pm, with excellent long-term opportunities and in-house benefits including pension and life assurance.

As a production operative your daily duties will include picking and packing food products, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, adhering to company policy as set out in handbook, ensuring personnel work area is kept clean and tidy and general production operative duties.
