Production Operative

Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for a leading production site.

Staffline is recruiting for a Production Operative to work in Market Drayton.

The rate of pay is from GBP11.44 - GBP15.00 per hour. Overtime is available at this site and paid at GBP17.16 - GBP22.50 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts 4 on 4 off, the hours of work are:

1. Days 6am to 6pm
2. Nights 6pm to 6am

No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative as full training is provided.

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative at this site, there are a variety of sections you will cover, such as:

• Racks/Decanting off racks: you will ensure that all food is stored away correctly.
• Tray Wash Operative: you will ensure that all trays are cleaned and stacked following site processes.
• Packer: you will correctly pack all items on and off the line.
• General Operative: This role will heavily involve assisting all areas of production.

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Production Operative will be self-motivated and can work well as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment. You'll have a good understanding of the English language, both written and verbal, in order to effectively communicate with other workers on site.
