KHR - Recruitment Specialists is partnering with a leading bespoke manufacturer in Marden, Kent to recruit a Production Operative.

Working Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, you will join a small team to support all stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely and to required quality standards. Benefits include 31 days holiday, pension, regular salary reviews, training and development.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail.
• Reliable and well organised.
• Forklift experience advantageous; training may be provided.

KHR are currently working with a leading bespoke manufacturer based in Marden s who are looking to add another member to their specialised production team.

The Production Operative will join a small team supporting all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing materials and production areas
• Mixing, packing and finishing products
• Monitoring stock and reporting shortages
• Preparing and packing customer orders
• Supporting general production and internal projects
• Stock counting and record-keeping
• Operating a counterbalance forklift

Candidate Profile

• Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred
• Practical, hands-on approach
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and organised
• Forklift experience advantageous, but training can be provided
• Driver preferred due to location
