Job summary

Production Operatives in Maldon, Essex, are sought for an ad-hoc temporary role with flexible hours. Shifts are Monday to Friday: 6:00am–2:00pm or 2:00pm–10:00pm, paying £12.71 per hour.

You will operate production machinery, load/unload materials, work on a fast-paced line, perform quality checks and pack finished goods for dispatch. Training is provided; no previous production experience is required.

A client of ours in the Maldon, Essex area is recruiting Production Operatives to join their team.
This is an ad-hoc temporary position offering flexible work, with shifts available Monday to Friday, either 6:00am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm, paying £12.71 per hour.

Your key duties in this Production Operative role will include but are not limited to:

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading materials
• Working on a fast-paced production line
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
• Packing, palletising and wrapping finished products ready for dispatch

• No previous production experience is required, as full training will be provided

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday shifts available
• Early shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Late shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
