Working as a Production Operative in Loughborough, this contract role involves supporting moulding production within an engineering setting. Fifteen positions are available, with an initial three-month term and potential to transfer to permanent status from around week twelve. The pay rate is £13.72 hourly, rising to £15.42 on shifts. Operatives rotate across double days and afternoons: week one runs 5:45-13:45, while week two covers 13:45-22:15 Monday to Thursday and 13:45-19:15 on Friday. Duties include completing four weeks of induction training then assisting daily moulding tasks, operating machinery, and following site procedures to meet output targets. Reliability and attention to safety are essential.
