Job description

We are looking for an experienced Production Operator (FLT Licence Required)

Location: Pontyclun
Salary: £12.44 (Mornings) | £13.04 (Afternoons) | £14.88 (Nights & Overtime)
Hours: Rotational Shifts (Monday – Friday)

• Mornings: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Afternoons: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Operator with a valid FLT licence to join our team. This role involves working within a water concrete treatment environment, with 70% production duties and 30% FLT operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery and production equipment
• Handling materials and assisting in manufacturing processes
• Using an FLT when required
• Working on your feet for extended periods
• Adhering to health and safety procedures
