Production Operative

Location: Leominster (home of Tyrrells hand cooked potato crisps)

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off

Hours: 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)

Rotation: Days and nights

The job involves carrying out a variety of factory tasks safely and efficiently, using complex equipment to ensure high-quality production. The role is wide-ranging with full training, including operating the line (packing or process), completing routines, performing checks, and reporting defects.

• Resolving machine issues to minimise downtime.
• Completing routines, quality checks, and maintaining records.
• Receiving full training and working as part of a friendly team at Leominster.
