Job description

We are looking for the right person to join our established and experienced Skins department at Dunbia Jaspers. The role involves ensuring sheep skins are sorted and preserved for further processing through chilling, salting, and weighing. You may also be required to assist with loading lorries for dispatch. No previous experience is necessary, although a good work ethic and strong attendance record are essential.

Core hours are Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm, but some flexibility will be required.

Responsibilities
  • Follow and be aware of the departmental Standard Operating Procedures; training will be provided to ensure you are fully up to date with all current SOPs.
  • Maintain a fast-paced environment in line with production needs.
  • Work with the manager and team to achieve departmental targets.
  • Promote and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with company rules and regulations.
