Frontier is seeking two Production Operatives to join the Cranswick site on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support day-to-day production activities, ensuring safety, quality and strong operational performance within a team environment.

The role includes assisting with seed production, warehousing, grain storage and distribution, while maintaining site housekeeping and compliance with Health, Safety and Quality procedures. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond positively to changing business and customer needs while maintaining a responsive, customer-focused approach
• Comfortable working within the seasonal demands of Frontier’s business
• Customer-focused, with an understanding of the importance of compliance and following relevant internal procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and working independently with minimal supervision when required
• Training will be provided for the right candidate

Responsabilités

• Assist with all aspects of small seed production and warehousing, including mixing, packing, picking and distribution.
• Assist with all aspects of certified cereal seed production, packing and distribution.
• Assist with grain storage, and the storage and distribution of crop protection products, as required.
• Assist Site Management in complying with Health, Safety and Quality procedures, including maintaining records to ensure compliance.
• Maintain the general housekeeping and hygiene of the site.
• Ensure stores, plant and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
• Provide driver cover for deliveries as required

We are looking for two Production Operatives to join the Frontier team, based at Cranswick on a permanent, full-time basis.

You will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day production activities, helping to ensure high standards of safety, quality and operational performance. Working as part of a team, you will contribute to the smooth running of the site, demonstrating integrity and accountability in everything you do while supporting the delivery of excellent customer service.

• Tele-handler / FLT license / Articulated FLT license (desirable but not essential)
• Training will be provided for the right candidate
