Annual Salary: £28,622 – £31,450 (based on 42 hours/week)

Shift Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off | 07:00–19:30

What You’ll Do: -Senior Production Operative (Days)

• Be the go-to person for smooth line performance – you'll help hit daily targets and keep standards high.
• Lead by example – motivate colleagues, ensure safety and quality, and complete accurate paperwork.
• Perform routine checks on equipment, safety gear, and production quality.
• Work closely with your Shift Manager to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and make a real impact on how we operate.
• Have experience in food production or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Understand production cycles and how to spot an issue before it becomes a problem.
• Are confident making quick decisions on the spot.
• Have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Are familiar with production admin or reporting systems.
• Are eager to grow, lead, and make a difference.
