Job Description:

We are actively recruiting for Production Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis on behalf of our client based on Houghton Le Spring.

They are a well know food production company who are rapidly expanding.To strengthen their dedicated team, they are seeking full-time Production Workers to start as soon as possible.

Tasks

Producing marinades/spices according to recipes, taking production instructions into account.

Monitoring of production and hygiene standards in the work area.

Cleaning of machinery and production hall areas during production.

Active support for suggestions for improvement.

Experience required:

Professional experience in production.

Training as a cook, baker, or similar is advantageous but not required.

Willingness to work three shifts (early/late/night shifts as required).

Teamwork skills, reliability, and flexibility.

Quality awareness and some technical understanding.

Good written and spoken English.

Hourly rate:Between £12.21 & £15.41 depending on shifts worked (increasing after 12 week training period is completed)
