Logistics People are looking for Production Operatives/Factory Operatives/Factory Workers/Line Operatives/Production Team Members/General Production Operatives to join our team.

Location: Haverhill, Integrated Packing Services (IPS)

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday 07:30 – 16:00 (Shifts Available)

Position: Production Operative

Logistics People are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our team in Haverhill, based at our IPS site.

As a Production Operative, your role will include:

• Packing orders in preparation for shipping
• Working as part of a team on a production line
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including sweeping and debris disposal
• Handling stock with care, paying high attention to detail
• Handling mostly lightweight products
• Assisting with additional duties as assigned by Line Leaders
• Participating in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
• Working effectively both as part of a team and independently when needed
• Complying with Health and Safety policies on site
• Working accurately and methodically
• Adopting a flexible approach to duties and tasks
