WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

- Temporary to Permanent role

- Shift rotation of 7am to 3pm, and 3pm to 11pm, and 11pm to 7am

- The role pays £12.40 p/h, and £13.89 p/h any hours worked after 7pm

- Monday to Friday


THE BUSINESS

Westray Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Production Operator to work for our client on a temporary to permanent contract centring on a dayshift and backshift only role. Due to the company location it will prove advantageous for candidates to hold their own transport.

THE ROLE

- Operate as part of the process team to meet targets in all relevant areas of activity, and to ensure that products are produced in accordance with the agreed production/business plan.

- Accountable for ensuring that Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Standards are applied in all production plant areas in accordance with policies, guidelines and procedures.

- Participate in a continuous improvement environment in all areas of process team operations. Identify opportunities for improvement in all aspects of process operations.

- Identify areas to Reduce, Recycle, Reuse or Remove waste generation from production runs as part of the Company's Environmental policy and commitment.

- Ensure Production paperwork is completed correctly and in full.


THE PERSON

- Experienced at following verbal and written process

- Computer literate with accurate data inputting skills

- Proven ability to working with production machinery

- Ability to lift heavy loads

- Clean shaven due to face mask fitted


THE PACKAGE

- This is a temp to perm , full time role centring on a 40 hour week.

- Monday - Friday; 7am to 3pm, and 3pm to 11pm, and 11pm to 7am
