Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) recruiting a Production Operative for a busy seafood processing facility in Grimsby. Full-time role with Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, no weekend work and an immediate start for suitable candidates.

Pay rate is £12.97 per hour, rising after probation, with duties including fish preparation, filleting, trimming, grading, packing and label compliance in a chilled environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or seafood processing environment is desirable.
• Experience in a production or factory environment is advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.
• Ability to follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Willingness to learn and work in a chilled, fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and processing fish products to customer specifications
• Filleting, trimming, grading, packing, and labeling fish products as required/ experience
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and health & safety at all times
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
• Cleaning and maintaining workstations, tools, and equipment
• Supporting the wider production team to meet daily production targets
• Working efficiently in a chilled production environment

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy seafood processing facility. This is a full-time opportunity to work within a fast-paced production environment, with the potential for an immediate start for the right candidates.

Location

• Grimsby- Estate Roads
• No public transport links are available to the site

Shift Pattern

Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm. No weekend work required

Pay Rate

£12.97 per hour, rising after a probationary period.
