Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Swinton, M27

Hours: 07:00 - 19:00 Monday - Thursday

Contract Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm

Join a team that turns recycled plastic into quality outdoor products.

We're looking for a Production Operative to support the safe and efficient manufacture of our sustainable products made from 100% recycled plastic. If you're safety-conscious, reliable, and have a keen eye for quality, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Operating manufacturing equipment in line with procedures and safety standards

- Carrying out start-up inspections and basic maintenance checks

- Monitoring product quality to ensure it meets specifications

- Moving materials around the site (manual handling and/or using FLT if qualified)

- Keeping the production area clean, organised, and safe

- Collaborating with colleagues and communicating clearly with the wider team

What We're Looking For:

- At least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or production role (preferred)

- Understanding of plastic manufacturing processes (advantageous)

- A strong focus on safety, reliability, and quality

- Ability to spot and solve problems quickly

- A team player with good communication skills

- Forklift Counterbalance licence (beneficial but not essential)

- GCSE-level education or equivalent (advantageous)
