As a Production Operative at STS Defence, you will play a key role in assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of advanced electrical systems used in defence technology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that impact real-world applications and contribute to national security.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and assembling units / PCBs (including soldering) following detailed work instructions, customer drawings, and specifications.
• Verifying adherence to routings and detailed Work Instruction Sheets for all activities.
• Ensuring compliance with the Company’s Health and Safety and Environmental procedures.
• Becoming proficient in relevant procedures and processes.
• Applying a professional and conscientious approach in daily operations.
