About the role
As a Production Operative you may be responsible for operating UHT processing equipment, monitoring production processes, and conducting quality checks throughout the production cycle. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment will play a crucial role in achieving our goals of exceptional product quality and operational efficiency.
As a Production Operative your responsibilities may include transferring and packaging products accurately, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety while working efficiently to meet production targets. Production operatives will essentially assist in the manufacture of food products to the established standards of safety, output, quality and hygiene. As a key part of our operation, you will work across various areas of the plant, assisting in the manufacture of food products while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and hygiene. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to achieving production targets efficiently and safely.
You will also ensure that the working areas are kept clean and tidy at all times in line with laid down cleaning schedules and the Company’s “clean as you go” policy, managing the personal and business requirements of this policy to ensure Audit ready standards at all times.

Working shift pattern's are rotational and a mix of early, late's & night shift* of a weekly basis.
*Night working allowance payable where applicable, not all roles include nightshift
