Job description

Job Opportunity: Production Worker

Whether you're experienced or new to production work, we'll provide full training. If you're looking to build a stable and rewarding career in manufacturing, this is your opportunity.

Salary: £27,810.50 per annum + overtime + shift premium

Work Schedule

1. Week 1 (Days): Mon - Thurs | 06:00 - 18:00 (12-hour shifts, 30 min unpaid break)
2. Week 2 (Nights): Mon - Wed | 18:00 - 06:00 (12-hour shifts, 30 min unpaid break)

Night Shift Premium: 0.25% on hourly rate

Your Responsibilities

• Working with complex blends and following detailed recipes (training provided)
• Handling and lifting products up to 20kg
• Using warehouse equipment, including tape guns
• Ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently
• Adhering to high standards of health & safety

Our Ideal Candidate

• Previous warehouse or production experience (preferred but not essential)
• Comfortable with physical work and heavy lifting
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Team player with a positive attitude
