Location: Exeter Business Park (near Sowton Industrial Estate)
Contract: Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Pay: £12.71ph
Hours: Monday–Wednesday 2:15pm–12:15am | Thursday 2:15pm–11:45pm

gap personnel are recruiting for multiple Production Operatives for our client in Exeter. Join a forward-thinking manufacturing team producing precision components for the aerospace, marine and motorsport industries.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Assembling high-spec motorsport components using clear work instructions
  • Carrying out testing and quality checks to ensure top performance
  • Carefully packing and labelling finished items, ready for dispatch
  • Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe at all times
  • Supporting your team with a proactive, can-do attitude

What We're Looking For:

  • A good eye for detail – if you're the sort who likes things done properly, you'll fit right in
  • An interest in mechanics or technical work is a bonus
  • Clear communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork
  • Previous experience in a factory or workshop is helpful but not essential
