Delta Personnel is searching for Night Shift Compression Operators - Start ASAP. We’re after reliable and focused operatives to join a cabinet manufacturing site. This is ongoing night-shift work with paid breaks and long-term stability (9 months+).

Job Info

• Start: ASAP
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday nights
• Hours: 9:45pm - 6:45am (10-hour shifts, all breaks paid)
• Breaks: 20 mins + 10 mins (plus transit either side)

Duties

• Operating compression machinery
• Assisting with cabinet production
• Following supervisor instructions and site procedures
• Maintaining accuracy, focus and quality throughout shift

Training

• Direct training on night shift with supervisor

Must-Have

• Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
• Reliability and focus for consistent night work
• Safety boots and standard PPE
