Production / Machine Operative - A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Production / Machine Operative to join our growing team!

Due to actively expanding our business we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join the team as a Production/Machine Operative at our factory on the Springfield Business Park in Chelmsford, Essex.

About the role:

As a Production / Machine Operative, you'll join a skilled team of 8 10 members and report into the Team Leader. Full training is provided on machinery, including Amada Pressbrakes, with hands-on learning in tool selection, measuring, and quality control. Working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm.

Other duties Include:

  • Engage in hands-on production tasks to manufacture high-quality products.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
  • Ensure the workspace is organised, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
