Job Title: Production Operative (x2 positions available)
Hourly Rate: GBP12.21 per hour
Shift Pattern: 06 00, Monday to Friday
Location: Coleshill

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for two Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing facility. This role involves working on the early shift and supporting daily production operations to ensure products are made to a high standard and delivered on time.

The ideal candidates will have previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures accurately
• Perform visual and manual quality checks on products
• Assist in setting up production lines and preparing materials
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Report any faults, defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor
• Meet daily production targets while minimising waste
• Work effectively as part of a team to support continuous workflow
• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear appropriate PPE at all times

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a production, assembly, or factory environment preferred
