• AM Shift: 06:00–14:00
• PM Shift: 14:15–22:15 (+ £20 weekly bonus)

Production Operative – Role Overview:
As a Production Operative you will:

• Work as part of a busy manufacturing production line team
• Produce high-quality uPVC windows, patio doors, and frames
• Use hand tools and machines for cutting, assembling, reinforcing, welding, and fitting components
• Carry out beading, glazing, and quality checks on all products
• Handle and load window frames safely, ensuring high attention to detail

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Production Operativeis preferred
• Candidates with experience as a manufacturing operative, factory operative, assembly operative, or machine operative will also be considered
• Good work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn new manufacturing skills
• Own transport essential due to location (NR9)
