A food manufacturing company in the United Kingdom is seeking an entry-level team member for their Skins department. This role involves sorting and preserving sheep skins for processing, maintaining Health and Safety standards, and assisting with logistics. We are looking for the right person to join our established and experienced Skins department at Dunbia Jaspers. The role will involve ensuring sheep skins are sorted and preserved for further processing through chilling, salting and weighing. You may also be required to assist with loading lorries for despatch. No previous experience necessary although a good work ethic and strong attendance record is a must. Core hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm but some flexibility will be required.
Please note this role is based at our Dunbia Jaspers site, which is situated in a rural part of Launceston with limited public transport links available.
