Qualifications

• Essential experience in temperature-controlled FMCG operations.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
• Familiarity with production control systems (e.g., DPS, OEE, Mainsaver).
• Basic Food Hygiene and HACCP awareness.
• Experience with AS400 or SAP systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily production plan and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Operate within legal compliance and company procedures.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and waste reduction strategies.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and site performance targets.
• Practice a 'Clean As You Go' approach and uphold 5S workplace standards.
• Promote health, safety and environmental management systems.

Role: Production Operative

Contract: Full Time/Permanent

Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off – 2 days, 2 nights (7:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00)

Location: Severnside (Stroud)
