About the Role: As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in manufacturing, assembly, wiring, and testing, ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently. You will work with minimal supervision and be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Setting up and running production equipment, including EHRT, plating lines, and power presses

  • Assembling components following build instructions, drawings, and BOMs

  • Ensuring stock levels are maintained and equipment runs efficiently

  • Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized

  • Participating in team initiatives and continuous improvement projects

  • Adhering to all Health & Safety policies, including the use of PPE and manual handling procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment

  • Ability to set up and operate production equipment efficiently

  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail

  • IT literacy and the ability to read and interpret BOMs and technical drawings

Desirable (but not essential) Skills:

  • Lean / Six Sigma qualification or experience

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, Teamcenter, or CAD software
