On behalf of our client, leaders in the precast concrete industry, AllPro Recruitment is currently seeking General Operatives for their busy manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role in a concrete production environment, ideal for candidates who are reliable, hard-working, and looking for long-term employment with training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations in a precast concrete manufacturing environment.

• Assist with mould preparation, steel placement, and pouring/finishing of

concrete.

• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.

• Perform quality checks and report any issues to the production supervisor.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety

standards.

• Move products and materials using forklifts or cranes (if certified).

• Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in concrete manufacturing, construction, manufacturing or trades preferred.

• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a fast-paced team environment.

• Physically fit with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Flexible with working hours and open to overtime if required.

• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certificate.

• Machinery tickets (e.g., forklift or crane) are a bonus but not essential.
