Are you an experienced Production Operative within a manufacturing environment? Are you looking to join a growing company that offers upskilling opportunities to hardworking individuals? Ideal skills and experience

Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential. We offer training to candidates who demonstrate willingness and a positive attitude.

Key responsibilities

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

1. Processing and handling products correctly.
2. Feeding raw materials into machinery.
3. Performing quality checks to ensure high standards.
4. Performing physical tasks, including lifting heavy items repeatedly.
5. Maintaining a clean and tidy factory environment through general housekeeping.
6. Adhering to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.

Hours of work

Continentals shifts (6am-6pm/6pm-6am) on a rota basis, with no weekend work.

Pay

• £12.21 per hour (days)
• £13.43 per hour (nights)
