Our long established Engineering, Manufacturing client based in Daventry are looking to recruit a permanent Production Operative.

While our client is extremely keen to consider applicants from an Engineering background ,this is also a fantastic opportunity for someone who has completed their education within Engineering and looking for their first position, as my client will provide full training.

Production Operative responsibilities:

• Operation of machines and production equipment
• Use of hand tools
• Inspection and quality checking of the finished product, to ensure it meets with customer specifications
• Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times.

Production Operative requirements:

• Previous experience working within an Engineering environment OR educated within an Engineering discipline
• Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain high quality standards
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team or on own initiative
• Motivated with a positive helpful attitude
• Reliable and trustworthy
