INSPIRED Pet Nutrition is hiring a Production Operative for our Crick site in Northamptonshire. The role supports the Loaf Production team and ensures products are made safely, efficiently and to high quality standards.
You will work a 4 on/4 off pattern (12 hour shifts) with a nights pay rate of £14.79 per hour plus £2.60 shift allowance and £1.30 mince room allowance. Join a collaborative team focused on safety and continuous improvement.
We’re recruiting a Production Operative to join our manufacturing operation in Crick, Northamptonshire. This is a permanent role supporting our Loaf Production team and play an important part in maintaining a safe, high‑quality and collaborative working environment. You’ll play a vital role in the day‑to‑day running of our operation, working as part of a supportive team - you’ll help ensure products are made safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards, contributing to the overall success of INSPIRED.
